What to write about
Corrections. A wrong safety figure, a rule that has changed, an item that no longer makes sense — that is the most useful message to send. Name the checklist and the line, and it gets fixed.
Missing items. Used a list on a real trip or a real move and something obvious was left off? Say so — several current items came in exactly that way.
New checklists. Requests are read and kept on file, though not every one becomes a page.
Business. Partnerships, licensing, and press inquiries go to the same address.
