MadePronto is a free checklist website for everyday planning — packing, moving, trips, parties, school, cookouts, emergencies, and other busy life moments.
The goal is simple: give you a ready-made list you can use right away, customize when needed, print, or save on your own device.
MadePronto is an independent website. The checklists are general planning tools, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
Every list starts from the same question: what does someone actually forget? The items come from working through the situation start to finish — what gets packed the night before, what has to be bought a week out, what only matters once you are already there — rather than from merging other people’s lists.
Each list is then written up rather than just enumerated. Sections carry a note explaining what that group of items is for. Individual items carry a note where the reason to bring the thing is not obvious, or where the common version of the advice is wrong. Every list ends with a short set of tactics and three questions people genuinely search for.
Anything safety-related — heat, water, fire, carbon monoxide, food temperatures, pets, severe weather — is attributed to the agency that publishes it: the USDA, CPSC, NOAA, CDC, the National Park Service, and others like them. If a claim cannot be traced to a named authority, it does not make the page, even when it is probably true. A few figures were researched and left out for exactly that reason.
Lists are revised when something changes: a rule updates, a reader writes in with a correction, or a season shows what was missing. Corrections are welcome at the contact page.
Checklists on this site are bylined MadePronto rather than a named individual. That byline is not a wire service, not syndicated content, and not attached to work published somewhere else first — every list here is researched and written specifically for this site.
MadePronto does not require an account, and your checklist progress is saved on your own device rather than on a server. The site is free because of affiliate links and display advertising.
